We can pass savings on to you because we are part of Hammond Lumber Company, giving us a much lower overhead than other log home manufacturers. Every customer of ours is unique and has different needs.  Our 24 stock plans are completely customizable which means that prices can increase or decrease for each one based on the features that are added or removed.  Bring your ideas to our drafting department to design the plan that you want!

When you have a plan, you'll get a package price from us up front.  Our packages are the most complete in the industry.  Using the finest building materials and the latest techniques, we have compiled the products necessary for a durable, economical and attractive log home that will be a source of pride for many generations.

Our full packages even include: Stairs, Interior Doors, Exterior Doors, Windows, Interior Partitions, Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets and other finishing touches. (Everything from closet poles and shelves to interior pine trim!) As a full service building materials company, Hammond Lumber Company is able to offer many custom options, such as carpet, inlaid flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, kitchen and bath fixtures, masonry supplies, paints and stains and appliances.
